2. Electrical control system features

3. Steel structure features
Q235 and Q345B steel of Baosteel and Ansteel is used in our luffing jib cranes to provide a high lifting capacity and long lifetime.
All the small components in platform railings and tower crane have undergone hot galvanizing process, and a lifetime of 10-15 years is guaranteed.
Pre-treatment of shot blasting is applied on the whole tower machine, with surface anti-rust level of Sa2.0-2.5; two kinds of coating, sprayed and baked, is provided to meet the customers' need. One time of painting can last 5 years of continuous using.
Standard sections are available for users to increase the tower height, which can serves as auxiliary equipment, and can be widely used in demolitions of crawler tower cranes in high-rise buildings.
After the hoisting work, the whole machine can be broken down into small parts, which can be easily moved back to the ground by either manpower or construction lift.
